Course Prerequisites
To participate in our AHA Instructor courses you must meet the following requirements:

You must hold an AHA Provider Certification in the discipline you plan on teaching.

Example: Want to become a BLS Instructor, you must have a current BLS Certification

You must complete the AHA Instructor Essentials Course for the discipline you plan to teach.

These courses are taken directly through the American Heart Association.

You must upload your current Provider Certificates and your AHA Instructor Essentials Certificates upon registering for the upcoming course to be considered for participation in the course.
