INSTRUCTORS, PLEASE READ 

Hours and Terms:

  • Operating Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (ET)

  • Orders received after 5 pm (M-TH) will be worked on the following day in the order they were received.

  • Orders received on Friday after 5 pm will be worked on the following Monday (or the next business day if the upcoming Monday is a holiday) in the order they were received.

  • eCards will usually be issued within 24-48 hours of the card request being received by us. *Some orders can take longer dependent on Training Center card inventory availability. 

  • All communications with us will be performed via email ONLY to:

ATTENTION INSTRUCTORS:

You are required to upload the Class INSTRUCTOR ROSTER and STUDENT ROSTER with all required information, including all of the student's information. 

Please refer to the image below which will show you how a completed roster should be filled out and submitted.

*Step 1: Submit One Request per type of eCard needed with the required Instructor roster completely filled out for each course. Roster must have all participating student information.
