**Instructors MUST submit an eCard Request form prior to cards being issued. Cards will not be released into your instructor account if the roster is not submitted. 
 
The ACLS Provider eCard is the electronic version of the ACLS Provider Card and has replaced the paper version of the ACLS Provider Card. It is a valid and more secure alternative to the printed card. eCards are issued by our AHA Training Site Admins to Instructors for students who successfully complete all requirements of an AHA course.
 
This course completion card should be issued to students who have completed ACLS courses that have been updated with new science from the 2020 Guidelines for CPR and ECC. This eCard replaces the previous version (15-3000).
